Return requests must be communicated to Charis within 24 hours from the time the package is marked as delivered. Returns are only accepted if significant discrepancy or material omission is present in items description.

 

A restocking fee of 10% of the item’s purchase price is applicable fo most returns, reflecting the exceptional value and market considerations of our products.

 

To safeguard against fraud, each return request will undergo thorough examination to verify the integrity of the transaction and the authenticity of the returned item.

 

Customized items or those made to special order are not eligible for return, reflecting their bespoke nature. Any timepieces ordered by using our sourcing service is not eligible for returns.
