- if you happen to be there when a “Tattoo” is going on, spend the money and see it. Google it.

- Stirling – William Wallace
- Climb the National Wallace Monument
- Stirling Castle
- big castle, it can take some time.
- Old Stirling Bridge
- The Battle of Bannockburn Visitor Centre
- this can take some time, leave plenty of time.
- St. Andrews – Golf Course and Town
- courses are open to the public
- we walked around the Old Course while people were playing.
- It’s a nice town too.
- Castle that I have not been to
- Golf Museum that I have not been to
- Cathedral ruins that I have not been to
- Dunnottar Castle
- Beautiful castle overlooking the ocean.
- you can go down by the water too
- it’s mostly in ruins, but those are my favorites.
- Balmoral Castle
- The Queen’s favorite castle she said
- She actually passed away here.
- I think you can book rooms to stay there now?
- Great grounds and castle.
- Aberdeen – Don’t go unless you have to stop there for some reason.
- It’s just not that nice and not much to do.
- Elgin
- Johnston’s of Elgin
- Elgin Cathedral
- Culloden
- Famous battle field where, wait for it…the English gave a beating to the Scots
- there is a great museum and battlefield to see.
- Loch Ness
- Other places I have not been but I want to go:
