To accommodate the unique nature of high-end horological assets, we provide a structured inspection window while maintaining strict safety guidelines to protect the integrity of our inventory. Below are the terms governing all returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Window and Condition Guidelines

We provide a 24-Hour "Love It or Return It" inspection window from the exact time of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange, the timepiece must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Unworn Condition: The watch must be completely unworn, unaltered, and in the exact pristine condition in which it was delivered. Watches that show signs of wear, resized bracelets, removed protective plastics, or minor scuffs will be rejected.
  • Complete Set Packaging: The return must include all original packaging, factory boxes, outer sleeves, manuals, hangtags, and critical documentation (such as the original manufacturer warranty card or certificate of provenance).
  • Mandatory Unpacking Video: Due to the high-ticket value of luxury timepieces, a continuous, unedited unpacking video of the product from its sealed shipping box is strictly mandatory. This video will be required by our underwriting team to process any claims regarding incorrect, damaged, or missing items.
2. Policy Exclusions and Final Sale Items

Certain transactions are highly customized and are completely excluded from our standard return policy. The following items are considered Final Sale and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • All specially sourced timepieces acquired via our Global Sourcing Concierge.
  • Special orders or timepieces designated as "Price on Request."
  • Customized, modified, or personalized pieces.
  • Watches purchased on sale, clearance, or during specific promotional events.
3. Restocking Fees and Associated Costs

Because processing, re-authenticating, and re-insuring high-value luxury items involves significant operational costs, the following financial terms apply to all approved returns:

  • Restocking Fee: A flat 5% restocking fee applies to all approved return and exchange requests. This amount will be automatically deducted from your final refund total.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping, handling, and parcel insurance fees are completely non-refundable. The customer is entirely responsible for all return shipping costs, transit logistics, and high-value insurance fees.
4. How to Initiate a Return

To safely navigate a return within your 24-hour delivery window, you must follow our structured safety protocol:

  • Step 1: Request an RMA: Contact our concierge desk immediately via phone or email to request a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must provide your order details and your mandatory unpacking video for review.
  • Step 2: Pack Securely: Securely repack the timepiece alongside every single accessory, box, and paper into a heavy-duty shipping box. Clearly write your approved RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
  • Step 3: Insured Transit: Ship the package back to our facility using a highly secure, expedited, and fully insured carrier (such as FedEx or UPS). The shipment must require an adult signature upon delivery. Charis Watch is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return parcel lands at our facility, it is opened under secure video surveillance. Our expert watchmakers will perform a comprehensive multi-point inspection to verify the watch's serial numbers, internal movement components, and cosmetic condition. Once our team certifies that the timepiece is completely untampered with and matches its original outbound state, your refund will be approved. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receipt.
